Your Diet and Your Hair

I recently participated in a natural hair discussion about “Projecting Your Beauty on the Inside Out” (begin listening at 86:00 for my segment).  Diet, Exercise, Perception and other topic came up.  In listening the all the guest, it was recommended to minimize process foods and omit dairy products.  I’m a firm believer of the saying “you are what you eat.” I know that your water intake will directly effect how moisturized your hair and skin are.  But this made me wonder “how good is it to eliminate a whole food group to benefit your hair?”

Have you made any drastic changes in diet to improve or encourage your hair health? What were they? What were the benefits? Did you notice any improvements? Comment below
